Andrew's NYC trip

One of the perks of Andrew's new job?  He gets to travel to some cool places.

Like New York City!

The Avery office there is on Times Square.  How cool is that?  I sent the camera up with him.  Here are some of sights.  I asked him to be my guest blogger.  I SO miss his blogging.  He respectfully declined.  Dang.

Empire State Building

Times Square...I think

Broadway
Whitney was SO excited to see the McDonalds!

People and advertisements as far as the eye can see.

He faced his fear of heights and rode to the top of the Empire State Building.

What a view from the top.

And he even went shopping on Fifth Avenue
and brought me home this super cute sweater and necklace.

Now the big question is, how am I going to scheme a way to tag along on his next business trip to the Big Apple?

He had to make a trip to corporate huh? I'm really starting to think Dunder Miflin is just a spoof of Avery Dennison....hehe.

I am so impressed that Andrew bought you clothes! David would never have the guts to do that. But he did great! What a cute sweater!

I love New York City! I've only been there once, of course, but I so loved it.

And if Avery is Dunder Mifflin, does that mean Drew is Toby the HR guy??

Cute sweater. Good job, Drew, actually picking out clothing for a woman. Impressive.

Dang that shot of the Empire State Building is kinda freaky looking! But cool :) Robby and I are jealous. We'd love a trip to NYC even if it was to work :)

and it fits! that is the most impressive part of the purchase, imo.

just taking it up a notch, show pony!

does it count any for me if i can say that i've been to that mcdonald's and paid like $17 for a cheeseburger?

does the fact that i said "imo" count for anything, either?

tell Andrew you want all your future new sweater purchases to be made in New York. That picture of the Empire State Building is awesome!

I am SO impressed he bought clothes for you! I don't know what kind of stuff Rob would bring home if he did that for me... And I have a major fear of heights too; have you seen pictures of people up at the top of the Sears tower in Chicago? They have a glass box you can step into, so you can see right through the floor, like you're floating in mid-air. I want to wet my pants just looking at pictures of others doing it, let alone try it myself:)
